Blue Line Transportation Co. Inc. is a family owned and operated 24/7 liquid dry bulk carrier, operating in Oregon and Washington. We currently have no driving positions available for our liquid asphalt or dry bulk division. Recruiting for the 2010 seasonal work will begin May 1st 2010. We are currently taking applications for our Refined Division. If you have two years of current tanker refined experience, meet our hiring criteria, are qualified at all the loading racks in the Portland area, and hold a current Transportation Workers Certification (TWIC), then please either call or proceed to our snapshot application. Our hiring department will contact you with any employment opportunities. We offer two pay scales, one has full medical, dental, vision, vacation, six paid holidays and retirement. Specifics on pay and benefits will be discussed at interview.

Driver Qualifications

Two years of tanker refined
Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement
No serious traffic convictions in the last five years including:
1. Reckless, Careless or Negligent Driving
2. DUIs, alcohol or controlled substance conviction must be five (5) years or older
3. Excessive speeding 15 MPH over the limit or
4. No more than five (5) moving violations in the past five (5) years, but less than three (3) in the past three (3) years.
5. No DOT Reportable accidents in the last five (5) years. Minor Accidents will be reviewed at the time of application.
6. Felony convictions in the last ten (10) years to be discussed at time of interview.
7. No Felony convictions for use of weapons, force or crimes against children ever.
